Basic Membership: Includes access to all courses except live group classes. (£10/month, £100/year, or £599 lifetime).
Premium Membership: Includes access to all courses and live group classes twice a week. (£20/month or £200/year).
All memberships are recurring unless canceled.
Payments are made automatically through Stripe or PayPal unless otherwise agreed in writing.
It is the member’s responsibility to cancel their subscription if they no longer wish to continue.
You will received email notifications after a payment is made and your subscription renews.
Trying for the first time
Refunds are available 7 days after purchasing a membership for the first time if you decide to change your mind about the service.
Forgetting to Cancel
If you mistakenly paid for a new term (month/year) of Level Up English membership, you can get a refund for that one term within 3 days of the start of the new term. For example, if you planned on cancelling the membership but forgot, and the membership renews for £10 on March 1st. You can claim a refund by contacting us until March 3rd.
You cannot be refunded for previous terms that have already passed. For example, on a monthly membership, you cannot be refunded for February if it is now April.
Lifetime membership is only available for the Basic plan. It does not include live Group Classes.
Lifetime memberships include access to all current and future lessons added to existing courses.
New courses, should they be created, are not included in the lifetime membership.
Memberships are for individual use only. Sharing your account with others is not allowed.
Please contact us for groups wanting to join Level Up English and we can may be able to offer you a discounted rate.
Members can access courses and materials until the end of their billing period.
After cancellation or the end of a term, access will be removed.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove content. If major changes are made that significantly reduce the value of the membership, refunds may be offered at our discretion.
Live group classes are included in the Premium Membership at no extra cost.
Additional classes, workshops, or events may be offered occasionally for a small registration fee. These are optional and not included in the membership.
If a teacher is not available to teach a class (for example, due to sickness) we will do our best to find a replacement teacher.
If a replacement cannot be found and a class has to be cancelled, partial refunds will be offered to students.
Members can cancel at any time through their account settings in their profile or by contacting us directly.
Permission is granted to use the materials on the Level Up English website for personal, non-commercial viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
